Support - HomeCare Plus (return to support services)

Service Description
HomeCare Plus is the same as HomeCare but with the addition of unlimited calls, increased response times and the guaranteed replacement of any faulty network equipment.

Additional elements-
• Unlimited Telephone Support (within one hour of the customer’s call)
• Home Engineer Assistance (within eight hours of the customer’s call if telephone support fails to resolve)
• Automatic replacement of Faulty Network equipment.

Hardware Replacement
All Engineers dispatched in support of a HomeCare Plus customer will be carrying a full kit of replacement components to compliment the customers existing equipment.

Contract Options
Contracts are per annum
Contracts of one year are payable in advance or monthly by direct debit.
All services are offered subject to a free audit of existing equipment.
