Service Description
HomeCare is Infinet’s core support service for home
based customers, incorporating
• Telephone Support (within two hours of customer’s
call, limited to two calls per Month)
• Home Engineer Assistance (within twenty four hours of the
customer’s call, if telephone support fails to resolve)
• Advice on improvements, changes and developments
Telephone Support
With the benefit of many years experience in commercial networking
and personal computer integration, our friendly support staff are
used to communicating with customers who have widely varying levels
of computer knowledge.
We are well placed to offer telephone support for technical queries
and general advice relating to your own residential network incl.
PC, Printing, online gaming and the Internet.
Within Homecare we are contracted to respond to the customer within
two hours of the initial call being logged.
Home Engineer Assistance
If faults cannot be resolved over the phone within 24 Hours, an
engineer will be dispatched to support the customer. If faulty equipment
is found to be the cause, replacement components will be offered.
Home Engineer Assistance can be arranged outside of normal business
hours, for attendance between 18:00-19:30 (Monday – Friday)
Note response times will be affected as limited slots are available.
