• On-site maintenance for all hardware supplied by Infinet.
• On-site maintenance for all legacy equipment Infinet are
contracted to support.
• Single-point of contact at the Call Center.
• All necessary spare parts and replacement units are held,
by Infinet, to meet agreed response times.
Support Options
• NetSite4 – Engineer will attend site
within 4 hours of initial call being logged by the customer.
• NetSite8 – Engineer will attend site
within 8 hours of initial call being logged by the customer.
Tailored to meet your needs, NetSite services can be created to
suit your business – from eight hours a day (9am – 5pm),
five days a week (Monday – Friday) to twenty-four hour support,
seven days a week, three-hundred and sixty-five days a year.
Contract Options
Contracts are per annum
Contracts of one year are payable in advance and contracts of two
years or more are payable quarterly in advance.
